MODEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CAM2ME.NET

This Model Agreement ("Agreement") supplements the general Terms of Service of cam2me.net and governs the relationship between
cam2me.net ("the Platform," "We," "Us") and independent performers or broadcasters who create an account to stream or upload
content ("Model," "You," "Content Creator").
By registering a Model Account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the rules outlined below.
1. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS
• No Employment Relationship: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that your relationship with the Platform is that of an independent
contractor.
• Control of Work: You retain absolute control over your schedule, broadcasting hours, appearance, performance style, and the
frequency of your streams.
• Taxes and Benefits: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable local, state, federal, or international taxes on
your earnings. You are not entitled to receive any employee benefits, healthcare, worker's compensation, or unemployment insurance
from the Platform.
2. STRICT ELIGIBILITY & MANDATORY IDENTITY VERIFICATION
• Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or older, if the age of majority in your jurisdiction is higher) to register as a Model.
• Identity Verification (KYC): Before your account is activated for broadcasting, you must upload:
1. A clear, high-resolution copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID Card).
2. A "selfie" photo holding the same photo ID next to your face alongside a handwritten note stating "cam2me.net" and the current date.
• 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance: If you reside in or broadcast from the United States, or if your content is accessible to U.S. audiences,
you must complete and maintain all required documentation under federal record-keeping regulations. Failure to provide correct
documentation will result in immediate account termination.
3. CONTENT RULES AND ZERO-TOLERANCE VIOLATIONS
You are strictly responsible for all content broadcast or uploaded under your account. The Platform enforces a strict Zero-Tolerance
Policy regarding the following violations:
• Minors: No person under the age of 18 may appear in, assist with, or be audible in your streams or media uploads.
• Non-Consensual Co-Performers: If any other person appears on camera with you, they must also be registered and identity-verified as
a Model on cam2me.net prior to the broadcast. Unverified guests are strictly prohibited.
• Illegal and Extreme Acts: You may not broadcast acts involving extreme violence, non-consensual sexual content, animals (bestiality),
illegal drugs, weapons, or any activities that violate local or international laws.
• Copyrighted Material: You may not play copyrighted music, stream movies, or show trademarked content in the background of your
broadcasts unless you hold the commercial license to do so.
4. TOKEN ECONOMY, COMMISSIONS, AND PAYOUTS
• Earnings Structure: Models earn revenue when Users tip or purchase services (such as private shows, direct messages, or digital
goods) using the Platform’s virtual currency ("Tokens").
• Commission Split: The Platform retains a standard processing and hosting commission of [Insert Platform %] from the face value of
all tokens spent on your stream. The remaining [Insert Model %] is credited to your Model Wallet.
• Payout Schedule: Payouts are calculated and distributed on a [weekly / bi-weekly / monthly] basis, provided your account balance
meets the minimum threshold of [Insert Amount, e.g., $50.00 USD].
• Chargebacks and Reversals: If a User commits credit card fraud or initiates a chargeback for tokens spent on your broadcasts, the
Platform reserves the right to deduct the corresponding earnings from your Model Wallet.
5. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS AND RECORDING LICENSES
• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the copyright to your performance and content.
• Platform License: By streaming on cam2me.net, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to transmit,
cache, compress, and distribute your live stream to viewers in real-time.
• Anti-Piracy & Ripping: The Platform prohibits viewers from recording or ripping your live streams without your permission. However, you acknowledge that the internet carries inherent risks, and the Platform is not liable for unauthorized third-party recordings.
6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
• Right to Suspend: We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your Model Account without notice if we
suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of our Content Rules.
• Forfeiture of Funds: If your account is terminated due to severe violations (such as involving minors or identity fraud), all remaining
earnings in your Model Wallet will be permanently forfeited and may be turned over to legal authorities.
