agreement between you ("User," "Model," or "You") and cam2me.net ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") governing

your access to and use of our website, live-streaming services, and related applications.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or broadcasting content, you explicitly agree to bound by

these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction,

whichever is higher) to access, view, or stream on this Platform.

Age Verification: To register as a live-stream Model, you must pass a mandatory age and identity

verification process. This includes providing valid, government-issued photo identification.

Compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257: For users and models operating within or targeting the United

States, the Platform strictly complies with federal record-keeping requirements. Models must maintain

and provide all necessary documentation required under § 2257 regulations.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

Account Types: The Platform offers "User" accounts (for viewers) and "Model" accounts (for content

creators/broadcasters).

Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during

registration and keep it updated.

Credentials: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

MODEL CONTENT AND CONDUCT GUIDELINES

Models retain ownership of the live streams they create, but grant the Platform a license to host, transmit,

and display that content. Models strictly agree NOT to broadcast, upload, or share content that contains:

• Non-Consensual Content: Any imagery or streams involving individuals who have not explicitly consented to

participate or be filmed. • Minors: Any content depicting, involving, or relating to individuals under the age of 18. Zero-Tolerance Policy:

Any violation will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.

• Violence and Abuse: Content depicting extreme violence, non-consensual sexual harm, bestiality,

necrophilia, or illegal acts.

• Intellectual Property Infringement: Broadcasting copyrighted music, videos, or imagery without express

permission from the copyright owner.

4. FINANCIAL TERMS, TOKENS, AND PAYOUTS

• Virtual Currency: The Platform utilizes a virtual token system. Users purchase tokens to tip or pay Models

for private shows and premium content. Tokens hold no cash value outside the Platform and are non-

refundable.

• Model Earnings: Models earn a percentage of the tokens received during their broadcasts, based on the

Platform’s current payout rate schedules.

• Payout Schedule: Earnings are distributed on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly) provided the

Model meets the minimum payout threshold.

• Chargebacks and Fraud: The Platform reserves the right to withhold payouts or deduct earnings from a

Model's account if the tokens received were associated with fraudulent user accounts or credit card

chargebacks.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Platform Ownership: All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text,

and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks/logos contained therein are

owned or controlled by us.

• User Restrictions: You may not record, rip, capture, scrape, or distribute live streams or content from the

Platform using external software without explicit written permission from the Content creator and the

Platform.

6. DMCA AND COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT POLICY

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through

the Platform infringes upon any copyright you own or control, please immediately notify our Designated

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

7. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

• Account Deletion: Users and Models may request account deletion at any time through their account

settings, subject to the resolution of any pending financial payouts or disputes.

DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

"As-Is" Basis: The Platform is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. You agree that your use of

the site and our services will be at your sole risk. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the live streams.

Limitation of Damages: In no event will the Company, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you

or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive

damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
